In order to become a member and be able to invest on Fraction, you must be over 20 years of age, and not a U.S. citizen.
Begin by signing up and verifying your email and mobile phone number. You'll then be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions and consent to the Data Privacy policy. Once you have signed up, you will be asked to complete a Knowledge Assessment and a Risk Assessment before investing or trading.You'll also be required to provide some identity details and relevant consents to complete setting up your Fraction Account.
After signing up for an account, you have to complete KYC verification before you can start investing or trading. Due to laws and regulations we have to verify your account by asking for your personal information. Fraction partners with T2P, a Bank of Thailand regulated company, to provide you with a secure and efficient KYC experience. Fraction takes every measure to prevent fraud and be fully compliant with KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy for trading digital assets.
All information and documents you submit for account verification are reviewed through our automated or manual verification methods. Depending on which method can be used to verify your details, account verification times can vary. If we experience a heavy influx of new users, however, processing times for verification could slow down. If you experience a delay, it doesn't necessarily mean there is something wrong with your application. We'll be sure to contact you if we need anything further from you, so monitor the email associated with your Fraction account to see if you've received an email from us about verification.
Yes, there is a maximum investment of 300,000 THB when investing in the primary market, as stipulated by the Thai SEC regulations.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a secondary security measure to verify your identity before signing-in. The process would require you to disclose a one-time-password received through your mobile phone number before those transactions are to be processed i.e. signing in to platform, make deposit or withdrawal, change password etc.
